ONEHUNGA CIRCUIT Celebrations of the bi-centenary of John Wesley's conversion will be held next May, and a committee to have charge of the arrangements was appointed by the Onehunga Methodist Circuit at its quarterly meeting this week. The Rev. .T. 1"). Groeott, newlyappointed superintendent of the eireuit, urged that all churches should endeavour to revive the spirit of private and corporate prayers and fellowship, and suggested that the trustees should place in each church a tangible memorial to Wesley.
Members of the vririous educational bodies in Auckland were reported to have accepted an invitation to attend the evening service at the Onehunga Methodist Church 011 July 18, when visitors to the educational conference would also be present. Mr. Groeott reported that weekly evening classes had been introduced to give young people training in leadership, and that fortnightly fellowship meetings had been resumed. Mr. J. Liking was appointed secretary of a movement to form an Onehunga branch of the Methodist Men's Fellowship.
