EVIDENCE FOR THE DEFENCE [by TELEGRAPH —PRESS association] WELLINGTON, Wednesday The Hunter estate case was continued in the Supreme Court to-day, when further evide'neo was given for the* defence. Hoy Octavius Uonsfield, manager of a stock and station firm, said thero had been improvements i" tho stock since tho trustees took over. The standard of tho cattle to-day compared favourably with the best station cattle 011 the Kast Coast. Cyril I'aul Hunter, one of the defendants, said ho had many years experience as a shecpfarnicr. lie denied making any threats to Lady Hunter.
