PRESENT-DAY FAILING
Tha view that too-many young people lack initiative and accuracy, and that too many when new difficulties are presented fail. to attack them with common sense, w'as expressed by the director, Mr. H. G. Ridling, fn a report to the Wellington Technical College Board of Governors. The report dealt with tlfe'results of the correspondence courses instituted while the schools wore closed during the' infantile paralysis epidemic.
