WEDDING

ANSENNE—DUNN A pretty wedding was celebrated on Saturday evening, Juno 5, at All Saints' Church, Ponsonby, when Olive, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. Dunn, of Heme Bay, was married to Noel, youngest son of Mrs. A. Ansenne, of Mission Bay. The bride, who entered the church with her father, was gowned in magnolia satin cut on plain lines, with the new high shoulders, and long sleeves ending in pointed cuffs. A long train fell gracefully from the back of the straight skirt, while the high neck was finished with a spray of orange blossoms. Her lace veil was mounted on to a halo, and held in place with sprigs of orange blossom. She carried a sheaf of cream chrysanthemums. The two bridesmaids, Miss Esther Holdsworth and Miss Betty Woods, were dressed alike in frocks of old gold taffetas made on Medici lines with high quilted collars and small trains. Halos of gold taffetas were worn and they each carried a sheaf of tawny gold chrysanthemums. The brother of the bride, Mr. Lcn Dunn, was best man, and Mr. Bill Wilson was groomsman. About GO guests attended the reception which was held afterward at the Point Erin Kiosk. The bride's parents received the guests, .Mis. Dunn wearing a navy and white ensemble and carrying a-> bouquet of red roses. The bridegroom's mother was in a navy suit with a large shoulder posy of violets.
