NO SCORE TO TAKAPUNA In the course of the first spell of the match between King's College and Takapuna Gram mar School the King's forwards dribbled the ball close to the line and Campbell crossed for a try, which he converted himself. A passing rush ended in Hargreaves scoring, but Campbell failed to convert. Before the close of the spell Neale added another try. Campbell again failed to goal. At tho interval the ecoro was:—King's College. 11; Takapuna Grammar School, 0. Although Takapuna was occasionally close to scoring. King's continued to dominate play in the second spell. It increased its score by means of an unconverted try by Thompson after .a, good run, and a pehalty goal by Campbell, the game ending:—King's College, 17: Takapuna Grammar School. 0. Mr. L.
