RETURNED SOLDIERS
FRANKLIN ASSOCIATION [from oim own correspondent] PUKEKOHE, Friday Tho executive of the Franklin Returned Soldiers' Association appointed Messrs. S. D. Ilice and L. Logan to represent the association at the annual conference of the New Zealand Returned Soldiers' Association at Wellington next month. It was decided to ask tho Dominion executive to take advantage of tho presence in England of the Prime Minister, Mr. Savage, and the Hon, W. Nash, as members of tho Imperial Conference, to request them to press tho claims of Imperial ex-servicemen in Now Zealand for war pensions.
