TRUCKS HELD UP

RAIN DELAYS UNLOADING FARMERS' CONSIGNMENTS Heavy rain in several parts of the Auckland Province, particularly in the To Aroha-Paeroa area and in the North Auckland district, has caused delay in the unloading of trucks, according to reports received by the local office of the Hail way Department. The wet weather has prevented farmers in those districts from unloading consignments of •manure. The position at present is not regarded as serious, hut it is considered likely that it may be aggravated if the wet weather continues and if farmers delay in taking delivery of their goods.
