MARAMARUA HUNT

WAIHI WARD COMMITTEE

Keenness to hunt over the Waihi country was shown by sportsmen who met last evening and decided to include the Waihi ward in the Maramarua Hunt. Tbere were many visitors who offered support. Mr. T. It. Birdsall presided a large attenance.

The following committee was appointed to further the interests of the sport: —Messrs. H. V. Gibson, M. Grimmins, W. Hollis, 1?. Radford, S. Dan, J. Furiiev, A. Toy, T. It. Birdsall, C. W. Hewson and C. Bardy. It is expected that at least 30 riders will follow the hounds when the opening meet is held on Tuesday, June 8.
