[from our own corkkspondknt] HAMILTON, Monday A credit balance was disclosed in the financial statement presented at the annual conference of the Waikato Diocesan Church of England Men's Society, held in St. Peter's Hull. .Bishop Cherrington presided. Officers were elected as follows; Diocesan president, the Bishop of Waikato; secretary and treasurer, Mr. A. B. Whyte; auditor, Mr. K. English; committee, the Hews. T. I'. Weatherhog, 11. J. Boyt, C. W. Chandler and M. G. Sullivan, Messrs. (). V. Simpson, R. Braithwaite, B. Andrews and H. C. Sergei.
