. TOUR OF ELECTORATES AUCKLAND TO BE VISITED [BY TELEGRAPH —OWN CORRESPONDENT] WE LLINGTON, Sunday Arrangements have been made by the Minister of Public Works, the Hon. R. Semple, for a visit to the Auckland, Mursden, Kaipara, Bay of Plenty and East Coast electorates. Mr. Semple stated that, owing to many requests he had received to visit the Far North, he had intended to do so on the present occasion, but unfortunately Mr. H. M. Rusluvorth, M.P. for Bay of Islands, owing to previous engagements, was unable to accept the dates offered. He regretted that he had been compelled to postpone his promised visit until a future occasion.
Air. Seniple will loiivc Wellington for Auckland next Sunday night, and on the two following!* days lie will be in Auckland, his programme including addresses to business executives at a luncheon and the Farmers' Union conference. He will leave Auckland on May 19 for Whangarei, visiting Silverdale and Warkworth on the journey. He will be in the Marsden and Kaipara electorates on May 20 and May 21 respectively, and on May 22 will return to Auckland. The Minister will leave Auckland for the East Coast on May 23, his itinerary for that week including visits to Whakatane, Opotiki. Te Araroa, Ruatorin, Te Rua Springs, Tolaga Bay. Gisborne and Wairoa. At Te Araroa the Minister will deliver a public address. He is due at Gisborne on May 28 and will he there all the following day. The Minister will leave for Wairoa on' Mav 30.
