SUPERINTENDENT BROPHY SHOOTING CASE RECALLED MELBOURNE, May 3 Superintendent J. O'O. Brophy, chief of the Criminal Investigation Branch of the Melbourne Police Force, after examination by the Government Medical Board, has been declared medically unfit to return to duty. Superintendent Brophy has been ill for many months and medical advice was that he was unlikely to recover unless he could rest. The State Attorney-General, Mr. A. H.
