BRIDGE AFTERNOON
ORAKEI LADIES' GOLF CLUB
A pleasant bridge party was given by Mrs. C. Deverson at her home in Mount Albert to help to raise funds for furnishing the ladies' lounge at the clubhouse. The prizes for the highest scores for bridge were gained by Mrs. Weaver, Mrs. L. McNaughton and Miss B. Tulloch. The golf competition was won by Mrs. A. Jones. Mrs. Deverson received her guests, wearing a navy tunic frock of figured cloque. Among those present were:—Mrs. G. Jmpey, Mrs. C. Anderson, Mrs. Bracewell, Mrs. Marshall, Mrs. Brackebush, Mrs. Bishara, Mrs. Mitchell, Mrs. G. Black, Mrs. Marshall-White, Mrs. R. Craig, Mrs. Norgrove, Mrs. O'Shea, Mrs. Patterson, Mrs. G. Cain, Mrs. Hobson, Mrs. E. Richards, Mrs. H. Clark, Mrs. N. Campbell, Mrs. C. Skeon, Mrs. W. Cossey, Mrs. L. Findlay, Mrs. Green, Mrs. Bruce-Harbutt, Mrs. C. Howard, Mrs. A. Hensleigh, Mrs, L. Impey, Mrs. A. Jones, Mrs. K. Long, Mrs. Lane, Mrs. Laslett, sen., Mrs. McNaughton, Mrs. A. E. Smith, Mrs. Laslett, Miss E. Sneider, Mrs. E. Tierney, Mrs. E. Turner, Mrs. H. Williams, Miss B.
