£SO BANK NOTES
Sir, —I have noticed several times in the Herald chat £SO notes have been mistakenly passed as 10s notes, the latest case being in Dunedin. To me it seems absurd that such a condition of things should be allowed to continue. Are the designers incapable of producing distinctive notes? The fact that so many errors have occurred is proof that a change is necessary. Bank notes should be so distinct that their value could be seen at a glance. COM.MOXSK.VSE.
