PUKEKURA RIDING MEMBER [from our own correspondent] CAMBRIDGE, Tuesday A by-election was held in the Pukekura Hiding of tho Wnipa County yesterday to fill the vacancy caused by the Meath of Mr. J. S. Fisher. The voting resulted: —Mr. J. W. Garland, 80: Mr. A. M. Fisher. 74. Mr. Garland is at present chairman of tho Leamington. Town Board and a memter of tho Cambridge Power JBoard,
