DANGEROUS DRIVING
CHINESE GARDENER'S CASE [from our own correspondent] HAMILTON, Monday A Chinese gardener, Gee Fon Joe, appeared in the Hamilton Police Court to-day charged with- dangerously driving a motor-lorry. Mr; R. Metcalfe, traffic inspector, said he found defendant driving at night at 60 miles -ail hour. Defendant had been previously fined £lO and had been frequently warned about driving at excessive speeds. ' Mr. S. L. Paterson, S.M., imposed a fine of £2. and suspended defendant s driver's licence for one month.
