PURPOSE OF LONDON VISIT [BY TELEGRAPH —PHKSS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Monday It is officially explained that Mr. Leslie Lefeaux, governor of the Reserve Bank, is going to London, probably by the Rangitata on Wednesday, to attend a banking conference.
