— REASSEMBLY TO-MORROW BUDGET IN 'A FORTNIGHT (Received April <l, 5.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, April 3 -When the House of Commons resumes Oil Tuesday the second reading of the Government's Special Areas Amendment Bill will be taken. The business later in. the week will include the bill to alter the salaries of Ministers of tho Crown and a bill to extend to certain classes of voluntary contributors the widows, orphans and old ago contributory pensions scheme. The Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr. Seville Chamberlain, will not present the Budget until a fortnight after the of the House.
