CYCLING MISHAPS
ADMISSIONS TO HOSPITAL Injuries which necessitated his removal to hospital were suffered by Mr. Arthur James Parker, of 19 Euston Road, Snndringham, when he was thrown off his bicycle at the Sandringliam tram terminus on Saturday night. Mr. Parker, who is 40 years old and married, suffered head injuries and concussion, and was removed to the Auckland Hospital in a St. John ambulance. His condition last night was reported to be fairly serious. As a result of injuries received when the bicycle he was riding skidded in some loose metal on the corner of St. Luke's Road and Taylor's Road, Morningside, Norman Curtice, aged 14, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Curtice, of 55 St. Luke's Road, Mount Albert, was admitted to tho Auckland Hospital on Saturday morning suffering from con-, cussion and abrasions. At a late lionr last night his condition was fairly serious.
