Dr. Cosmo Gordon Lane, spoke of the selfishness of nations with the attendant spirits of jealousy, suspicion and fear, which made it one of the most insistent problems of the day. Ultimately, it could be overcome only by Christ's wav —hv each loving his neighbour as himself and seeking his neighbour's good as truly as his own.
