FLOWERS IN ICE
TASMANIA TO LONDON The Tasmanian Department of Agriculture is preparing an exhibit of Tasmanian llowers, chiefly native Mora, for the Coronation Flower Show in London next May. About 2o well-known varieties of Tasmanian flowers have boon treated for packing in ice. Unfortunately many species of wild flowers wore out of season when the request was made to the Government, and one of the species, notably warntah, ha\e lost their brilliant colour as a result of being packed in ice.
