TEST OF POWER COMING MANOEUVRES MEDITERRANEAN SEA ASSEMBLY OFF LIBYA LAND LINK WITH EGYPT By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright ROME, March 10 After flying from Rome to Gaeta, Signor Mussolini embarked on an armed motor-boat and boarded the cruiser Pola for Tobruk, Libya. The town was decorated and the citizens cheered the Pola as she departed, escorted by the cruisers Fiume, Gara and Gorizia.

II Duce, after excursions to the interior, will hold a review at the conclusion of the manoeuvres.
