MOTOR-CYCLE AND YAS | YOUTHFUL RIDER KILLED j RESIDENT OF GREY LYNN [from OUR OWN correspondent] I WARKWORTH, Friday | A young man, Sir. J. McLachlan, | aged 18 years, single, of 51 Richmond | Avenue, Grey Lynn, was killed as the | result of a motor collision at Wsybt | at about 5.30 this afternoon. Mr. McLachlan was riding a motor- 1 cycle in the direction of Tomarata when | he struck a motor-van, owned by Wells- | ford Stores, Wellsford. which was pro- | ceeding in the opposite direction. | Thrown heavily on to the roadway, ha | was killed instantly. | The body was brought to Warkwortk | to-night and an inquest will be opened to-morrow. - 1
