LEAGUE OF MOTHERS
Ponsonby.—At a meeting of tho Ponsonby br.mch of the league, Mrs. S. (). English, who presided, gave a short address, later describing her travels on tho Continent. Elocutionary items were given by Mrs. Shaw, and vocal solos by Miss Betty Brown. The accompanist was Miss Cogswell. Those present stood as a mark of respect to Mrs. W. S. Watson, a member, on the death of her husband.
