CAPITAL ISSUES LATEST BRITISH FIGURES (Received February 2, 6.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, Feb. 1 New issues of capital in the United Kingdom in January were of greater volume than in the previous month, but not so large as in the first month of 19150. The total was £27,614,000. For the 12 months to the end of January the total was £210,872,000, compared with £200,105,000 for the corresponding period of the previous year.

MINING SHARES IN LONDON ~ LONDON, Fob. 1. On the mining market to-day Mount Lyells sold at 32s 6d, and New Guinea Gold at 3s 6d.
