MOTOR ACCIDENTS
UNITED STATES FIGURES WASHINGTON, Jan. 14 The Census Bureau announces that motor accidents in 1936 resulted in 9599 deaths, or 178 less than in the previous year. Sharp drops are shown in New York and Chicago as the result of intensive safety campaigns.
