BRITONS CRITICISED
MILAN NEWSPAPER ARTICLE MILAN, Jan. 14 "The slow-witted Englishman," is the subject of an article in J1 Popolo d'ltalia. It is not signed, but is attributed to Signor Mussolini. "An Englishman requires a week to grasp what an Italian can understand in 10 minutes," the article, says, "and it is only after a long series of complicated ruminations that an Englishman grasps the elements of a problem."
