IF SHE WEDS AGAIN
By his will, recently published, Mr. Owen Parry, a business man, of Pombury Place, near Tunbridge Wells, left the bulk of his estate on trust to pay an annuity of £2OOO to his wife during widowhood, or £IOOO a year for life should she remarry.
He died last October, aged 79, leaving £200,510, with net personalty £179,211. He stated in his will:
"While .1 place no objection in the way of my wife remarrying if she thinks fit, in such event the second husband should provide for his wife."
The balance of tho estate was left on trust for his nephew, 31 r. Thomas Sidney Parry for life, and then to the nephew's son, Mr. Owen Sidney Parry, "or life.
