FINE OF £25 INFLICTED PROSECUTION AT WHAKATANE [BY TELEGRAPH —OWN COIUIF.SI'ONDF.NT] WHAKATANE, Wednesday A charge of keeping a common gaming house was admitted by James Rivett, fruiterer, in the Whakatane Magistrate's Court to-day before Messrs. \V. L<\ Moodv and H. .J. Brown, J.lVs. He was fined £25 and costs. He asked for three months in which to pay the fine but was refused.
