duties of industrialists EXHORTATION BY HERR HITLER BERLIN, Dec. '-'(J Herr Hitler unexpectedly arrived at a conference of leading representatives of German industry, called in connection with the forthcoming inauguration of General Goering's four-year selfsufficiency plan, ami exhorted industry to fulfil its duties under the plan. He explained that he had entrusted General Gocring with the execution of the plan because for him the word •'impossible" did not exist. ■ It is reported that the purpose of the conference,.was to impress on industrialists the military urgency of the plan owing to the lack of confidence with which the Government's whole economic policy was viewed by business circles generally.
