DEATH AT 102 YEARS
NAVAL CAREER LIVED UNDER SIX RULERS [BT TELEGRAPH —PRESS . ASSOCIATION] DUNEDIN, Monday A Navy veteran who lived under six Sovereigns, Mr. George Taylor, died yesterday at the age of 102 years. He joined the Navy at the age of 14 and served for eight years in China waters. He came to New Zealand in 1879, and had lived at Gore past 40 years.
