dairy technology AMERICAN EXPERT'S VISIT DOMINION PRODUCE PRAISED To make a study of New Zealand dairy manufacturing methods, Professor B. B. Stoltz, chairman of the Department'of Dairy Technology at Ohio State University, United States, arrived by the Niagara yesterday from Vancouver.
