dairy technology AMERICAN EXPERT'S VISIT DOMINION PRODUCE PRAISED To make a study of New Zealand dairy manufacturing methods, Professor B. B. Stoltz, chairman of the Department'of Dairy Technology at Ohio State University, United States, arrived by the Niagara yesterday from Vancouver. Professor Stoltz, who is also secret a rv-treasurer of the American Dairv Science Association, said he was interested in New Zealand because he I'dt the country stood at tho top in the making of butter and cheese, especially butter. Ho was especially anxious to examine how New Zealand made such a good-quality article so economically. An itinerary was planned ior Professor Stoltz by Professor W. Biddot, of Massey Agricultural College.
