WRESTLING
CONTEST THIS EVENING BLOMFIELD TO MEET GEORGE Tho contest to bp staffed at tho Town Hall to-night by the Auckland Wrestling Association is the meeting of Lofty lllonifield and Ed Don George, and a capacity houso appears assured. The reason for this is that Hlomfield is an aggrossive type of wrestler, and his opponents are always well aware of the fact that, they need to defend themselves at all times if they wish to remain in tho contest. Hlomfield was nn interested spectator at the McOready-Ueorge bout at Carlaw Park, and there expressed his wish to meet fleorge, and so the assosiation has been fortunate in securing the match for Auckland. George proved himself a master matman, both on attack and defence, in his contest with McCready, and Blomfield's style of attack, coupled with his advantage in weight, should ensure that wrestling patrons will see a contest which should be packed with many exciting incidents.
