REUNION DINNER
NORTH AUCKLAND NURSES [from our own correspondent] WJIANGAREI. Sunday The members of the North Auckland branch of the Hop.stored Nurses' Association held an enjoyable reunion dinner at the Commercial Hotel last week. Tho president, Miss E. Swayne, who was wearing a frock of black lace, received the guests. Those present included: —Miss Leslie (vice-president), Mrs. A. Marsden Woods, Mrs. 1). Cook, Mrs. A. Long, Mrs. T. M. Wright, Mrs. G. Seed, Miss McDonald, M iss JO. .Johnston, Miss Kan, Miss Crombie, Miss M. Collins, Miss Smedley, Miss Ward, Miss M. Mohan, Miss Faitbfull, Miss K. Thomas, Miss R. McCarroll. Tho members later adjourned to the Nurses' Home at the Whangarei District Hospital, when the annual general meeting was held. Tho following officers were elected: —President, Miss E. Swayne (re-elected); vice-presidents, Miss E. Johnston and Miss Smedley; secretary and treasurer, Mrs. A. Marsden Woods; committee, Miss K. Thoma,s, Miss Minehan, Miss Hall, Miss Faithfull, Miss li. McCarroll, Miss Lowe, Miss McDonald, Miss Russell, Miss Orsman.
