The Duties of a District Property Supervisor will include: (a) The making and/or checking of city, urban and suburban valuations for loan purposes. (b) The examination of plans and specifications for houses. (c) The supervision of repair or reinstatement work in connection with the protection of existing securities. (d) The preparation or examination of plans and specifications required for repair or maintenance work. (e) Direction of Field Officers under his control. It is essential that the appointee should have a thorough knowledge of all branches of the building trade and a good knowledge of land values. 2. The duties of an Assistant Property Supervisor will in general follow on similar lines (excepting "e") to those of the District Property Supervisor, but his work will be carried out under proper supervision. 3. The duties of a Property Inspector will include: (a) A practical working knowledge of all branches of the building trade. (b) The preparation of specifications and estimates for, and the supervision of, ' " repair or maintenance work on buildings.
