REPORT OF COMMITTEE JOINT ACTION NECESSARY British Wireless RDGKY, Nov 17 . The President of the Board of Trade, Mr. Walter Runcirnjin. in the House of Commons to-day stated that action on the matters dealt with in the report of the Imperial Shipping Committee was a question which should be jointly considered arid decided upon by the British and other Governments concerned. The British Government would do all in its power to bring the necessary cusfeicn3 to a speedy conclusion.
