CUSTODY OF CHILD
VANDERBILT HEIRESS (Received November IS, 6.12 p.m.) NEW YORK, Nov. 11 Mrs. Gloria Morgan Vanderbilt has renewed the litigation to obtain the custody of heil daughter Gloria. She states that she now could provide a proper environment for the child. The United States Supremo Court on March 30 refused to review the case of Mrs. Gloria Morgan Vanderbilt to recover the custody of her child Gloria from her paternal aunt, Mrs. Gertrude Vanderbilt Whitney. It was thought that this would close the long legal fight for the control of the fortune of the young heiress left by her father, the late Mr. Reginald Vanderbilt.
