HOUSE OF COMMONS SCENE REDRESS FOR INJURY SOUGHT (Received November 18, 0.12 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 17 A man created a se«ne in the House of Commons to-day by throwing leaflets from the Strangers' Gallery, from which he was immediately ejected. Tho leaflets stated that tho man had been knocked down and seriously injured at Newcastle- on-Tyne in 1930 by a motor-car driven by a Chilean naval officer.
