Nov. 17 ln a letter from the King's private secretary to the Education Committee of the London County Council, His Majesty expressed a wish that a special outing for the children of London be organised in connection with his coronation. The letter added that the King thought the outing should take the form of the reservation for the sole use of children and those in charge of them of a special section on the route of the coronation procession, in order that they might be among the first to greet him after he has been crowned.
