Duigan. that two military camps will be held at Dargaville in April and May next year by the Ist Battalion, North Auckland Regiment, and the North Auckland Mounted Rifles Permission for the use of Selwyn Park as a camping ground has been granted. The presentations of the Colours will take place at Rugby Park. The letter from Colonel Duigan stated that if the proposal for the coining year was successful it was intended to develop the Dargaville area as a camping ground for northern units.
