MANUKAU CLUB The Manukau Golf Club will open its summer season on Saturday at 1.30 p.m., when the first rounds of the men's and iadies" summer competitions will be commenced COURSE RECORD LOWERED Playing in a medal competition on the Glendowie links yesterday Mrs. P. R. Glanviile, a member of the Glendowie Ladies' Club, registered a gross score of 77, a course record. The previous best score was 82. Mrs. Glanville won the ladies' champion of champions cup at North Shore last Monday.
