TRAFFIC CONTROL
Sir,—When parking my car on the old railway reserve, I was astounded to find that one of tlio most capable and courteous of the traffic officers in Auckland was taking the sixpences. 1 don't know his name, hut J do know that for a dozen years 1 have obeyed the signals of this very competent officer. We always put him in the same category as "Robbie," always strict and aI w ays right, but ever courteous. Motorists resent being wiped off the streets but I think we resent more the expulsion of men of this calibre. Scjuahk Deal.
