BULK SUPPLY FROM BOARD COUNCIL PLANT TO CLOSE {by TFT.EGRAI'H —OWN' CORRESPONDENT] WHAKATANE, Wednesday A decision to accept a bulk supply of electricity from tho Bay of Plenty Power Board was made at a meeting of the Whakatane Borough Council last night. The council's plant will be closed.
