MOTORISTS COMPLAIN
CYCLISTS' DANGEROUS HABIT [by telegraph—press association] WELLINGTON, Tuesday Complaints from motorists against cyclists being towed by motor vehicles were considered at a meeting of the Automobile Association (Wellington). Reports indicated that the practice of cyclists of holding on to the mudguards of cars with pieces of wire was increasing, and that under the existing regulations a motorist was held responsible, even if ho were unaware of the cyclist's presence.
