MORE TROUBLE ARISES INCIDENT IN KWANGTUNG CANTON, Sept. 13 Grave concern has been caused by the refusal of the Chinese 19th Route Army to allow Japanese officials to land at Pakhoi, Kwangtung, from the gunboat. Suga to investigate the murder of a Japanese, Mr. Nakano. Remonstrances with the Chinese officials on board the warship Funn from Canton were unavailing in spite of the presence of a Japanese squadron.
