Sept. 13 The Rugby League championship was -won yesterday by Eastern Suburbs, which defeated Balmain by 32 points to 12, after leading B—o8 —0 at half-time. In tlio Rugby Union semi-final, University, by unexpectedly beating Randwick by 24 points to 9. will meet Drummoyne in tho final on Saturday.
