PROGRESS CLUB

An enjoyable programme was given at a meeting of the Women's Progress Club held this week. Airs. C. Dickens presided. The Temple orchestra, comprising Airs. Pilkington, Aliss Oberg and Mrs. Goldie, played selections, and items were given by Airs. W. Young. Mrs. Hutchings, Aliss Audrey Prentice, Aliss Hazel Diggle and Aliss Flora AlcKinstrey. A one-act comedy, "Aunt Lizzie's Friend," was presented by Alesdames Stuart, Butler, Diggle, Rutledge, Brown, Chetwyn, Prentice and I. Young. Afternoon tea was served. Airs. D. Pearco acted as hostess.
