SOLDIERS' MORTGAGES
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER [BY TELEGRAPH —PHKSS ASSOCIATION] CHRISTCHURCH, Thursday The Commissioner of Crown Lands for Canterbury, Mr. F. J. Quinn, has been appointed to the head office of the State Advances Corporation to take control of the discharged soldiers' mortgage division. This appointment is consequent upon the corporation taking over from the Lands Department the administration of discharged soldier mortgages and* advances.
