Visitors from as far afield as. Wellington, Gisborno, Maungunui and DargaviHe wero present i\t tho monthly meeting of the Auckland Ulster Association held this week. Tho president, Mr F J- Fleming, and Mrs. Fleming
acted as host and hostess for the evening An enjoyable programme of inusica and elocutionary items was presented durinc the evening and community singing was conducted by Mr. A. Wallbank. A sketch was presented by members of the staff of John Court, Limited.
Among those taking part wero: Misses V. Dorrnan, E. Pollard, J. Jones, S. G'ilbort, M. Worsley, G. Cambridge, 0. Cary, Messrs. W. Garrett, F. Hoffman, S. Slater, G. Foster, 'J'. Allison, H. Crump, V. Brooks, H. l'ausev, A. McSkimming, A. Kaincy, R. Joncs-Parrv. R. Ross, H. Dan by. M. Clarke, R Walton, A. Blank. The accompanists were Miss A. Rainoy, Miss M. Grey and Miss J. Jones. The sum of £lO has been collected by the association in aid of tho Crippled Children's Fund.
