RECORD IN BOXING
A record of seven defeats in 100 bouts is possessed by Mick Howson, a youth from the West Const of New Zealand, now in Sydney, who holds the amateur middle-weight boxing title of New Zealand and Australia. In one night he knocked out as many as three opponents. Howson. who hopes to enter the professional ranks in Australia, is being watched by Pat Gleeson, tln> exAustralian champion, who believes that Howson is a future champion.
