ALLEGATION OF THEFT
REMAND IN CUSTODY On a charge of breaking and entering and theft, Robert John Dias (Mr? Elwarth) appeared in the Police Court yesterday. He was charged with breaking and entering the warehouse of Boss find Glendining, Limited, on Saturday end stealing various article? of clothing, a shaving outfit, and a tin of talc powder, of a total value of £,'■>. On the application of Sub-Inspector Fox accused was remanded until next Monday. Bail was refused.
